    Good Day Didi,

Later this Monday morning on the train back to Boston (out of Fitchburg), after doing work
chores all weekend at my Mom & Dad’s Keene home, I was going to email you about
the insightful “Nice Walk” mindfulness article
which I read and cut out from the Sentinel,
and which you kindly posted to me from your
    blog!

You’re right about many thoughts in one’s mind when first trying to destress and enjoy nature, because when I come home to Keene from Boston, the first few hours I start doing
the outside work chores, my mind is still full
of “clutter,” but gradually, as I absorb the beauty of nature all around me while I do my
work chores, my mind “clutter” disappears
and nature’s cleansing and healing process
    takes over!

Grateful thanks, Didi for sending your
“Nice Walk” article to me, in case I missed
    it!

On July 3rd, I return to my Mom & Dad’s
Keene home for more work chores and to
enjoy the July 4th Holiday week with loved
    and friends!

Perhaps, we’ll get to say hello in person doing
    the July 4th Holiday Week!

From one artist to another (songs and stories
for me), keep the creative muse flowing, Didi!

    Enjoy & Be Well, Michael

      Thx for sharing your thoughts,
Glad I posted the article again…as I do not always post them on my blog, but all my articles are available on the Keene sentinel website, just enter Ditteke Ederveen in the search button and you’ll never miss another article.
Hope to see you in one of my classes these days either at the Y or Keene Yoga Center when you’re in town.
      All the best,
      Ditteke

Nice article. Being a compulsive daily walker for the past 25 years, I totally agree with you, although it did take me a few years to settle my mind down as I walked to work. Retired now I “just walk” and happily so.

Glad to hear you are taking time out for yourself and finding peace within by staying in the moment with your breath.
      All the best,
      Ditteke
