My Summer journey of Mindfulness

I just finished my last “Family yoga integrating mindfulness activities”class at the Keene library. It was so amazing meeting so many wonderful new conscious parents. Very thankful for this opportunity in Keene, NH. We had a great time and I hope to connect to everyone soon. My real goal behind offering Radiant Child family yoga infused with mindfulness activities is to create a mindful community. To come together and smile at our hearts, uplift our souls and increase our seeds of happiness that we grow in our brains. To know that you can create inner balance and peacefulness in yourself with yoga and mindfulness. It’s a beautiful journey and you never stop learning how to be a better you. To know there are no mistakes in life, rather a lot of lessons to learn. Today we read “Tiger Tiger is it true?” a children’s book by Byron Katie. An amazing lady who’s written several transformational books on healing yourself. Tip of the day: the Keene library owns some of them! It’s so important to create a daily mindfulness practice for yourself so you can live in the light and see things around you for what they truly are, not what you think they are,…but what you truly feel inside.  Feelings are an amazing guidance system and the more you connect with your true self the more you will discover your beautiful self. We all have something special to give to this world, so connect. Connect with yourself, your friends and family, your community,… do what it takes to be heard, seen and feel your importance with your community. I look forward to seeing you all soon,

Namaste,

Much gratitude,

Ditteke
