What you’ll learn:
My intention for this 10-week mindfulness course is to help people incorporate mindfulness and meditation into their daily lives, so that they feel happier and more peaceful. In this course I show you how you can transform your day-to-day chores -which can be annoying, frustrating, and possibly cause anxiety – into peaceful experiences. Together with your breath, I help guide you to feel gratitude and happiness within. Each lesson includes practical daily mindfulness tips, one at a time. Anyone can do them. You do not have to be a monk and live in the mountains. It is recommended to take only one lesson per week, repeating the same session daily for the entire week, before moving on to the next session. I look forward to seeing you in the course!

In this relaxing evening practice, we will visualize the infinity symbol. We imagine ourselves as the “zero point” and move ourselves according to the pattern of infinity. Feel the possibilities moving into your life. This is an ideal practice to do in the evening, particularly right before sleep.
