Creative Dinner Ideas: Enjoy Pancakes Anytime!

We all  have routines in our life but sometimes it’s fun to break them! For example: Somedays I love eating breakfast for dinner. Ever felt like that? Like mindfully enjoying pancakes for example. I love making fluffy pancakes for dinner. Taking a deep breath in I mindfully gather all the ingredients. Next I mix the flour with the melted butter and milk, add 2 eggs, a mushed banana and some vanilla extract and off we go stirring away. In the pan I heat up the butter and slowly add the batter to the heated pan. Once I see the magic of the heat creating bubbles on the batter I flip it over. I breathe in the delicious smells of the banana vanilla pancakes and feel happy. One breath at a time we’re filling a pan with batter, flipping a pancake and adding maple syrup on the plate and off they go into our mouths. After a while I notice that the whole house smells like banana pancake mix. I feel joyful. Plus the taste is so yummy you literally keep eating them until you feel satisfied, which sometimes takes a while with my kids! I have baked pancakes for 2 hrs before because everyone is so excited they wanted more and I had to mix more ingredients together. Crazy! Anyway, enjoy the fun world of doing things different, upside-down, in the moment and creatively in peace, you never know what will be for dinner next:)
