October Family yoga classes in Keene NH

Hi everyone,

I am excited to announce we are on for another 4 Saturdays from 10-11am of family yoga at the Keene Yoga Center on Roxbury Street. Kids and parents will learn to do yoga moves through stories and music, enjoy the process of meditation together and feel peaceful inside their minds and bodies. This class is designed for kids ages 2-8, however younger and older siblings are welcome to join.
