When I was cooking a new dish the other day I noticed how just one spice…I used cumin, which I love…can change the flavor of a whole meal. It can taste from just ok to absolutely amazing in your mouth! It’s crazy what one spice can do for you and your meal. Never mind how it can make you feel! I felt super duper excited.
One thing can make a difference in your day : breathe for 1 minute, enjoy your bath, walk in nature…
